Evidence Based Birth® Childbirth Class

This class is for folks who like to be very well prepared with the most up-to-date research evidence, tools to cope with labor, and skills to advocate for your own values and preferences in a medical care setting. This is a hybrid class—part on-line, part in-person.

Breastfeeding Success Belly to Birth Quick Class

If you are short on time and/or cash, then this is the class for you. This class will give you the basic information about birth, but not a lot else (though BFS offers several other virtual classes to help fill in the gaps!). Classes are held at our local Waco hospitals and taught entirely in-person.

The Birth Hour Know Your Options Childbirth Course
